We understand that it is hard to buy your hairdressing or barbering scissors online that is why we offer a 14 day exchange or refund policy to help you find the perfect fit.

How it Works
All we ask is that you get in touch with us as soon as you realise within the first 14 days of receiving your scissors that you need to make an exchange or ask for a refund. We count the 14 days from when your parcel is marked as delivered to you via Australia Post tracking on their website.
- The scissors then need to be posted back to us via an Australia post tracked service in as new condition at your cost, with no damage or having been dropped etc. in the original packaging, this includes in the case with scissors properly secured, with the chamois and oil inside the case.
- We will then assess the scissors and if there is no damage or problems you can either exchange them or issue you with a refund less any freight charges. It takes approximately 3-5 days for your refund to come through via the same channel you paid for the scissors.
Returns, exchanges & warranty claims must be posted back to Excellent Edges with purchase receipt & tracking number to be sent through to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Warranty Return Policy
All faulty scissors under Lifetime Warranty have to be returned to Excellent Edges by a tracked service for inspection, if found to be manufacturer fault they will be replaced at no charge to our customers.
